REIT Buyout Targets from Forbes
While it's likely that anyone anticipating a REIT buyout is betting on the last legs of this particular game, Forbes identified five targets: Colonial Properties, Felcor Lodging, Home Properties, Maguire Properties and Sunstone Hotel Investors, that might still be lucky enough to get a bid.
